What is the minecraft 360 version still missing from the pc version?

I'm not really a minecraft fan, I didn't think it looked very good until all my friends told me to get it and I loved it, but the Xbox version is still far behind, the ender dragon is still missing... As I found out the hard way, me and my friends were up all night gathering resources for the end when we found that the ender pearl things won't go in the end portal... Anyway, so besides the ender dragon what else is missing? I've seen Tobuscus play minecraft and he has Valkyries, bears and lions in his as well as dinosaurs, are all those in the game or are they mods?

 It's missing all of the amazing mods that extend the life of Minecraft for years to come. There are mods that add entire worlds, mods that create new vehicles and items. Tons of stuff.

What Vanilla Minecraft on xbox is missing form Vanilla minecraft on PC is i believe carrots, potatoes, zombies that wear armor and carry items, wither skeletons, the Wither Boss, Beacons, Pots for plants, Slabs that can be placed on either the top half or bottom half. Ocelots, Iron golems(i think?) I can go on and on. You are missing major updates. Minecraft is currently on 1.4.7 and the xbox version is still around 1.0(official release version on PC).
