What do you do on there?

To answers you questions:
1. There are no levels. You play in a 'World' that is randomly generated. You can have multiple worlds (also known as 'saves') but it isn't like you have to complete this part before moving on.
2. It's similar to roblox in the way that you can build things, but the similarities kinda end there.
3. It's great fun
4. You can build, mine, fish, hunt, farm and a whole lot of things. Often, Minecraft is like the real world You're trying to survive. What you do, however, is up to you.
5. To play, you have to get minecraft. I recommend the PC version because it has a bigger community and has more in it. You have to make an account at minecraft.net and buy the game for that account. You can then play in your web browser or download the 'launcher' so you can play without an internet connection (after playing it at least once). In the actual game itself, you create a new world. The general idea is to surviv and the tutorials at http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Tutori… will help you to do that. Once you get used to the actual game and how everything works, you can do nearly everything you want.
The game itself is suitable for 10 and up.
In my sources, I've also included two videos that I believe should give you a good idea of what minecraft is.

You build stuff and mine, how you play depends on what devise you play it on (Xbox computer etc.) it is appropriate for ages ten and up but it has got some fighting in. There aren't levals in this game, It is a little bit like roblox but u are in 1st person, it is fun according to my brother but I have no interest in it. So that depends!

Its E10+ for violence but you can turn monsters off. Theres 2 modes. One you cut trrees. mine ores. make tools. gather food. build a house. fight zombies and skeletons and giant spiders -if you have difficulty on- and if you collect every thing you need. you can teleport to a barren place and fight a dragon. The other game mode you just have all and unlimited blocks and you can fly and build whatever you please. Its a highly rated game for all ages. Great game and you get free updates that add new monsters. blocks and items.

Minecraft is essentially trying to survive, building, mining. It is appropriate for really any age, unless you are easily creeped out by monsters!
