How To make minecraft have less lag with more mods?

I have CJB, and world saving mod installed currently. My minecraft is also patched with HD patcher, im planning to add toomanyitems, adventurecraft, single player commands, portal gun mods and more mods but with my current minecraft mods, it crashes sometimes. Is there a way to make minecraft run alot stable with more mobs.

This also happened to me, and I didn't want to buy a new graphics card. I went online and I found a mod called Optifine. It made my minecraft run much faster while using multiple mods!

Try getting 4-8 gigs of ram, Turning your video settings to what will created the less lag(Bobbling off, Render distance short-tiny, Clouds off, Graphics Normal, Frame rate max ffs.). Try and get a better processor or a game booster(Google Game booster). Game booster stops all un needed processes while you play minecraft. Also get a better video card. Hope i helped.
